• User account is required
• Some features are reserved for paying subscribers

4. User obligations

• Do not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Comply with API/platform rules (Meta, X, etc.)
• Do not impersonate another user

5. Publisher responsibilities

We strive to ensure availability and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of liability

Shortflow is not liable for:

• Downtime or API errors
• Improper configuration
• Third-party service outages

7. Intellectual property

All platform code, content, and branding is the exclusive property of the publisher.

8. Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach or abuse.

9. Modifications

These terms may change. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts where the publisher is registered.
